Directed by Cheryl Lynn Bruce, Dan Beaty's "choreopoem" revolves around Eric, a ten-year-old who sees the sad-eyed men in his community, from portly Bishop to college-bound Twon, and frantically tries to concoct a cure for their aching hearts."
