  Review Round-Up

Chicago Reader - Somewhat Recommended

"...Herbert III scores as an earthy, closely observed domestic comedy (hyper-fretful mom rouses grumpy, horny dad when their teenage son stays out late) but the political dynamite embedded in the story (an older son is in prison for shooting a cop) fizzles as impassioned exposition gives way to shtick."
