A Red Orchid Theatre is seeking young women ages 7 to 13 for its fall production of The Iliad, adapted by Craig Wright and directed by Steve Wilson. All types and ethnicities are encouraged to apply.
Monday early evenings and Saturday days from September 13th - October 16th. Beginning October 18th, the schedule will be Monday-Thursday early evenings and Saturday days. TECH is Saturday, November 6th and Sunday, November 7th. DRESS REHEARSALS and PREVIEWS are November 9th - 12th. THE ILIAD opens on Saturday, November 13th. The show will run Thursdays - Saturdays at 8pm, and Sundays at 3pm throughout December 19th. There is no show on Thanksgiving Day.
Please bring a headshot (or a current photo) and resume. Please prepare a monologue, no longer than two minutes in length. You may also be asked to read scenes from the script.
