The 2010/2011 Season includes:
The Last Night of Ballyhoo by Alfred Uhry It is Atlanta in December of 1939. Gone with the Wind is having its world premiere, and Hitler is invading Poland, but Atlanta's upper-class German Jews are much more concerned with who is going to Ballyhoo, the social event of the season. Seeking: 3 Men. 20's to 50's- 3 Women. 20 to 50's. The role of LaLa has been cast.
Entertaining Mr. Sloane by Joe Orton. It's the swinging 60's in London but in a nearby town we are introduced to Kath, her father and her brother Ed, three lost and lonely souls. Enter Mr. Sloane a young good-looking con man who is about to turn the family's whole world upside down. Seeking 1 woman (40-s-50s), 3 Males (1 40s-50s, 1 60-70, 1 18-25 very good looking).
Time Commitment:
Ballyhoo opens Thanksgiving weekend and runs through December 19th. Sloane runs in the Spring 2011.
