The Women's Theatre Alliance is seeking mostly female actors of all ages, types, and ethnicity for our annual New Play Development Workshop. We will be casting upwards of 14 roles, most of which are women in their 30s-50s. We have need for one man, 20s. Seven playwrights will present a showcase of their work at a July 20th performance. Each playwright and director team will work on finessing the 10-15 minutes of a brand new play that needs legs - YOU. This is a wonderful opportunity to help new works. Some shows will have adult themes and language. Some will require dance or movement skills. All need your input and artistry!
Several rehearsals, TBD. One tech, July 18. One performance, July 20.
