Piccolo Theatre seeks non-AEA actors of all ages and types for the 2013-14 season: The Mystery of Irma Vep by Charles Ludlam; The Snow Queen, or When Christmas Freezes Over! by Jessica Puller, Music & Lyrics by Rich Maisel; and A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare.
All ages/types/ethnicities. Actors with physical or musical theatre training especially encouraged to submit.
The Mystery of Irma Vep rehearsals begin July 2013; runs August 30 through October 12, 2013; 8pm Fridays & Saturdays, 3pm Sundays.
The Snow Queen rehearsals begin September 2013; runs November 8 through December 21, 2013; 7:30pm Fridays, 3 & 7:30pm Saturdays, 3pm Sundays.
A Midsummer Night's Dream rehearsals begin January 2014; runs March 14 through May 3, 2014; 8pm Fridays & Saturdays, 3pm Sundays.
1 Comedic Monologue not to exceed 2 minutes in length. If you wish to be considered for The Snow Queen, please prepare 16-32 bars of musical theatre (to be sung a capella) in addition to your monologue.
