Stylized Greek version of MJ's sordid tale - seeking 8 actors.
Seeking 3 females and 5 males for Greek chorus styled retelling of the King of Pop's rise and fall. Each ensemble member will play many different roles and recite many poignant pop lyrics. Dancing experience/finesse not necessary but comfortability with movement a must! For auditions, please prepare one comedic monologue (preferably classical). If called back, come prepared to move.
Auditions: Monday, May 28 from 2-5 and Tuesday, May 29 from 11-2 at Gorilla Tango Theatre (1919 N. Milwaukee Ave); Callbacks: Monday, June 4 from 8-11
Rehearsals in June Mondays and Wednesdays from 8-11 and Sundays from 2-5; in July, add Tuesdays from 8-11. Show opens in August and will play one day a week for two months with the possibility of extension.
