Music by the Lake is holding auditions for Music in the Air.
All roles currently open. 37 named roles for all ages
Auditions will take place on January 29 and February 5 from 11am-5pm at the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University 430 South Michigan Avenue, 7th floor, room 730 Chicago, IL (Wabash Avenue entrance)
Performances held in The Ferro Pavilion on the George Williams College campus on Lake Geneva in Williams Bay, WI
Paid choral positions available. On-campus housing available
- Current headshot and resume
- Be prepared to sing 15 minutes prior to your appointment
- Be prepared to sing one musical theater selection or an aria of your choice (3 minutes or less)
- Dialog reading may be requested
- An accompanist will be provided
- A second selection may be requested (opera aria under 3 minutes)
- Actors may substitute 2-3 minute monologue for a musical selection
