Bouncers

The Public House Theatre
3914 N. Clark Street Chicago

“An instant hit” in 1977, John Godber’s “Bouncers” took the UK by storm in its first production, and has continued to thrill audiences with its high-energy, break-neck romps inside a sordid nightclub. Every single week since its inception, “Bouncers” has been playing somewhere in the world, and The Public House Theatre is proud to join in the tradition. (In fact, John Godber is the third most frequently produced English playwright, right after William Shakespeare and Alan Ayckbourn, respectively.)
