Our Holiday Stories Reviews
Chicago Reader- Highly Recommended
"...Performed readers' theater style by four adept Chicago actors (Patricia Donegan, Richard Henzel, Karen Rodriguez, and Miranda Zola), this iteration reprises two tales from the 2011 edition of the show—Elizabeth Berg's lighthearted meditation on holiday rituals (Over the Hill and Into the Woods) and Tanya Saracho's much darker piece about memory and loss (Our Good Night). The evening is rounded out with The Chaplain, Robert Koon's moving tale about one man's attempts to spread holiday blessings on the front lines in World War II. Ann Filmer adapted and directed these gems with the graceful confidence that's the hallmark of this little theater."
