Chicago Cadillac Palace

Though best known to audiences around the country as the energetic host of The Learning Channel's "Trading Spaces," Paige Davis has a long history in the musical theatre. She starred as Babette in the first national tour of Disney's Beauty and the Beast and has also been seen in productions of A Chorus Line, Company, Pippin and Hello, Dolly!. But the actress' longest association has been with Kander and Ebb's Chicago, having appeared in the Broadway and many other productions of the Tony-winning revival. Davis has returned to the the cast of Chicago as merry murderess Roxie Hart, which will run at the Cadillac Palace through December 4.

After graduating from the Meadow School of Arts at Southern Methodist University, Paige moved to Los Angeles to officially begin her career. She proceeded to do commercials, videos and even toured with the Beach Boys, all the while continuing to train in voice and theater. However, it was her two-and-a-half year stint in the national touring company for the Broadway show Beauty and the Beast that allowed her to fulfill her dream of performing in musical theater.

Television viewers know Paige Davis best as the host of Trading Spaces, the redecorating show produced by TLC. In January 2005 TLC announced it would transition Davis off of the show. She has also written a book, Paige by Paige, which chronicles her television experiences.
