In Matarile, a new comedy written by Rebeca Aleman, eight characters with both a passion for life and an obsession with death consider leaving their fear of death aside. This Water People Theater production argues that the best way to talk about such serious topics is with a good dose of comedy. Watch along as this cast of everyday heroes -- each waiting for a train heading to different destinations -- learn to laugh about their fears and celebrate life. Directed by Iraida Tapias & Jose Dominguez at Chicago's Greenhouse Theater Center, Matarile offers up the simple quip: "If Death asks for me, tell her to come back tomorrow."
