In a time of racial unrest, the all black long form improv team "BLACKOUT" will put on what may be their most daring run of shows yet. Ensemble member Warren Phynix Johnson says, "In tune to the nation's injustices to the African-American male, "BLACKOUT" will use their highly trained improv comedy skills to question commercial views and embrace unbridled f*ckery." The ensemble includes Sherman Edwards, Ramon Smith, Chris Redd, Shawn Shauntel Smith, Rob Wilson, and Warren Phynix Johnson. "BLACKOUT" at The Annoyance will be dangerous, mildly heart warming and unapologetically honest.
