"Bird Cage," the movie, live- read parody, for Live Read Movie Monday Series at Uptown Underground This is an open audition. No appointment is needed and an audition monitor will be present. Please bring a head shot and resume to the audition.
Performers of all ethnicity, gender identities, and ages strongly encouraged to audition.
Actors will receive one drink ticket per performance and access to a video of the performance for resume/reel material.

Mandatory Rehearsal is Wednesday, June 21, 5pm -11pm Mandatory Tech rehearsal Saturday, June 24, 11am-4pm Performance date: Monday, June 26 at 8pm, call time 6:30pm.
Prepare a comedic monologue no longer than one minute. If you can sing, play an instrument or have a special skill such as tap dancing, hula hooping, etc, feel free to work that into your audition. **Be knowledgeable of the whole movie. Actors will be asked to read from the script.
