Emerald City Theatre is seeking adult actors, singers, and dancers, of all ethnicities, identities, ages, and genders for our 2017/18 Season. Auditions will be held on Wednesday, May 31 from 2pm-7pm and Thursday, June 1 from 2pm-7pm. The season includes "Ivy and Bean: The Musical", "Ken Ludwig's 'Twas the Night Before Christmas", "Magic Tree House: Showtime for Shakespeare", and "Knuffle Bunny: A Cautionary Musical". Auditions will be held at The Little Theatre, 2933 N Southport Avenue.
All shows typically rehearse during the day on weekdays and have morning and afternoon performances. Daytime available is necessary to be considered for our 2017/18 season.
Please prepare one contemporary monologue (no more than 90 seconds), but if you also sing, you can prepare one 16 bar song and one contemporary monologue. Please, bring your book as we might ask to see more. An accompanist will be provided. Bring a copy of your headshot and resume as well.
