From begrudging fans of The Notebook, and other (not as good) tales of romance comes Nicholas Sparks: The Musical. A parody musical that follows the rise and fall of a love between two people with no visible personalities.
Auditions for Nicholas Sparks the Musical are on May 29th, 8-10pm.
ROLES:
LAWSON- (Male, 20s) Handsome and charming leading man, who knows he is charming and handsome. Singing role.
CHERYL/GRANDPA- (Female 20s) Cheryl is obsessed with finding her best friend a man, no matter the cost. Grandpa thinks he is wise, but is not that wise. Singing role.
BOBBY/DOCTOR- (Any gender/age) Bobby is Lawson's kid nephew, a loveable/hateable rapscallion. Doctor is really good at making comedic uncomfortable silences.
MOVIE MAGIC- Visible stagehand, looking for someone skilled in physical comedy.
Rehearsals are Monday nights 8-10pm. Please make sure you can attend all before submitting.
