The Library explores the struggles a small town faces in the aftermath of a school shooting. Instead of looking for a motive or justification for such a heinous crime, playwright Scott Z. Burns shines a light on the victims and their families, their journey toward restarting their lives and returning hope to a heartbroken community.

We are seeking an understudy for two roles.

Elizabeth Gabriel- Caitlin's mother, any ethnicity approximately 40-55 years old

Dawn Sheridan- mother of school shooting victim, any ethnicity approximately 35-45 years old

Auditions will be at The Den Theatre (1333 N Milwaukee). Appointment times will be determined based on availability.
