Edge of the Wood Theatre, located in Chicago's Edgebrook neighborhood on the northwest side, seeks male actors for the following roles in TWELFTH NIGHT by William Shakespeare:
SIR ANDREW AGUECHEEK, 20s-40s, companion to Sir Toby, unlikely suitor to Olivia
ANTONIO, open to all ages, a sea-captain
SEBASTIAN, 20s-30s, twin brother to Viola
VALENTINE, late teens-early 20s, attendant to Orsino
Auditions will be held on Monday evening, November 14 in the theatre space at the Edgebrook Community Church, 6736 N Loleta Avenue, Chicago.
First rehearsal is December 5, with regular rehearsals beginning January 9. Show runs for two weekends, March 17-26.
A one-minute monologue by Shakespeare is preferred but not required; sides will be provided.
