Casting various sketch comedy roles that will be presented on an online platform. Company states: The mission is to produce an array of sketch comedy videos featuring the highest quality talent in Chicago.
Seeking performers who are ready to work with dedicated professionals. Applicants must be able to be in Chicago on a regular basis and be over 18 years of age.
Performers who express an interest may also have the opportunity to write and pitch sketches to be produced. If you are cast in a specific role there is a high likelihood of other roles being offered in the near future. The production team has no pretensions about imitating existing comedy platforms.
As listed, there is no compensation offered for the first round of videos. If a performer continues their involvement with the company, paid opportunities may be presented.
Limited rehearsal on the weekend of the 14th. Filming dates will vary from sketch to sketch. All actors will be used between the audition week and November. Filming will take place in Chicago and briefly in the northern suburbs for some parties.
Two pages of sides will be provided at the audition. (available at the location before your audition) Time will be provided for performers to do a few minutes of an original character, stand up, impressions, etc. if they choose.
If an applicant writes they are welcome to submit a written sketch in pdf. form, no longer than seven pages. Applicant's written work will not be produced without permission.
