PM&L Theatre will be holding auditions for Plaza Suite, a comedy by Neil Simon on Sunday, July 31st and Monday, August 1st at 7:00 pm at PM&L Theatre. Plaza Suite is directed by Linda Willding (The Man Who Came to Dinner).
Plaza Suite is composed of three acts, involving different characters, set in Suite 719 of New York City's Plaza Hotel during the 1960's.
Linda Willding is looking to cast 4 women and 4 men of varying ages. Some roles may be combined.
Auditions will be held at PM&L Theatre, located at 877 Main Street in Antioch, IL.
Rehearsals will begin with a read-through on August 8th and will be on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Performance dates for Plaza Suite will be Fridays and Saturdays, September 9th, 10th, 16th, 17th, 23rd, and 24th at 8 pm, and Sundays, September 11th, 18th, and 25th at 2:30 pm.
Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. Please arrive early to fill out an audition form and be prepared to stay for the entirety of the audition.
