"...The juxtaposition of these motley crew members leads to great tension, humor, and ultimately chaos a la playwright Jeremy Menekseoglu, who also plays Lone. So where's the alligator? It's in Velvet's head, and it's a sort of manifestation of previous trauma-the very reason the group makes the trek to help her. But though most scenes are tightly constructed, those with the alligator feel almost like an afterthought. In short: hello play, later gator."
