First Street Playhouse in Batavia

First Street Playhouse was founded by Julane Sullivan, owner of All Dressed Up Costumes, in 2001. Julane felt there was a need in the Western suburbs for year-round quality theatre. In 4,000 square feet of space previously used by All Dressed Up Costumes, Ms. Sullivan's theatrical costume company, Julane found the perfect space to generate an at-home living room feel theatre. The theatre, which comfortably seats 100 people, offers couches and oversized chairs to generate that at-home feeling.
