"...You sometimes feel like everything but the kitchen sink is being tossed into the mix—at one point, even Walter the Wonder Dog (Cerda’s dog Walter) was trotted out for a cameo to tug at our heartstrings. No complaints there, Walter was adorable. Some script-tightening would have been good, even if director Brigette Ditmars kept the action brisk and well-staged, which is likely not an easy task in Handbag’s small theater."

"...I attended the final preview performance before opening night, and the audience was in stitches from beginning to end. I loved the new sets, and the use of video screens and televisions added another level to the production. Their world premiere parody, The Golden Girls: The Cheese Pyramid — “their lost episode” — was absolutely perfect. And please, keep in the moments when Blanche covered for Dorothy’s missing lines. Priceless."

Never subtle, always totally over-the-top, this new parody of THE GOLDEN GIRLS is perfect for a light-hearted summer entertainment. Not only is this lost episode fast-paced, funny and filled with R-rated fun, but there’s even an opportunity to get your photo taken with the cast after the show, especially with the newest cast member: sweet, little Walter the Wonder Dog."

Dorothy (David Cerda), Blanche (Grant Drager), Sophia (Kelly Bolton), and Rose (Ed Jones) return with a funny parody of the television show. This time, Rose has dragged Stan (Scott Sawa) into a multilevel marketing scheme involving the world-famous cheeses from her hometown of St. Olaf, Minnesota. This time around, the girls have to save Rose from losing her life savings on a garage full of cheese in The Golden Girls: The Cheese Pyramid."
