Single Entendre takes the audience on a comedic ride through a funhouse of pop culture—from a full-grown Troll Doll on the verge of a nervous breakdown to a man who will stop at nothing to get “purple stuff” over “Sunny D”—and underscores the journey with á capella covers of the best and worst of today’s Top 40 hits. Written and performed by Pat Dwyer and Erin Pallesen and directed by WNEP Theatre Artistic Director, Jen Ellison, Single Entendré is an evening of outrageous and playful comedy.
