Raven's Stars at The Edge Theatre

Raven, a young artist with autism, struggles to cope with her mentally ill mother. She meets Theo, a poet, and they bond through their shared need to create the beauty they lack in their difficult lives, finding inspiration from the immense natural beauty surrounding them. Their reality is that of a struggle with autism, mental illness, and drug and alcohol addiction. They dream of better lives somewhere new. They make a promise to escape. As a young woman, thinking she has left behind her unhappy life for a new romance, Raven finds herself in a life-threatening relationship, escaping only through the help of her grandmother and the tragic sacrifice of her best friend.
