"...Directed and choreographed by Jason Gilkison, “Burn the Floor” is a long-touring show that has been through town before. This is a flashy piece of popular entertainment that will appeal to fans of such shows as “Dancing With the Stars.” I don't intend to insult these highly trained and exciting dancers (the majority of the changing roster of pairs are British or Australian) with an insidious comparison to the carnival thuds of Bristol Palin. Not when they gave so much and can do so much, so well. But this is, in essence, a showy extension of the social-dance form — the program is organized around styles, such as swing and rumbas — and it is not subtle. Oh, no."

"...Perhaps a little bit of the delight in experiencing BURN THE FLOOR has to do with the general euphoria if surviving this week’s Snowpocalypse. After a few days of being buried under the catastrophic (thus far) storm of the century, it was simply great to resume some semblance of life’s normalcy but apart from that, BURN THE FLOOR is quite simply a non-stop joyride of fabulous dancing."

"...
Onstage percussionists Joseph Malone and Henry Soriano bang a wide variety of beats over score choices predictable (“Sway,” “Turn the Beat Around”) and less so (“Knights in White Satin,” “History Repeating”), while dancers surprise us by appearing on house balconies and dive-rolling down the aisles. Solomon and fellow vocalist Peter Saul do more than stand and sing; when they’re pulled to the front, the star dancers become backups, an engaging sort of rack focus. Burn the Floor certainly exhausts the senses—it just doesn’t ask much of them."

"...Burn the Floor” is a hit, it's the definition of what a Broadway show should be. It's what tourists flock around to see, a big flashy spectacle. Amazingly enough if you take away the smoke machine, lights, and the two incredibly talented percussionists Joseph Malone and Henry Soriano, you still manged to have great show worth seeing. If anything it's something different, a break from your average theatre. “Burn the Floor” truly does burn the floor."

"...Sharma Burgess,Santo Costa, Ashleigh DiLello,Ryan Di Lello, Igor Dogoter,Sasha Farber ( his legs are like rubber with the flexing he does),Anya Garnis,Natalia Gorshkova, Karen Hauer, Faye Huddleston, Ash Leigh Hunter, Robbie Kmetoni,Pasha Kovalev, Tristan MacManus, Janette Manrara,Damien Samuel, Aljaz Skorjanec, Emma Slater,Sarah Soriano and Gary Wright. The singers that they dance to, Peter Saul and Vonzell Solomon ( from “American Idol” add the heart and soul that makes these dance numbers more theatrical and story-telling. The music is enhanced by percussionists Joseph Malone and Henry Soriano. As you can see by the names o fthe cast members, this is indeed an International show that will appeal to any audience. I can tell you the the opening night audience, as small as it was ( due to the weather) walked out of the Bank of America Theatre walking on air ( just above the several inches of snow) with having had the time of their lives! Do not miss this marvelous production that was directed and choreographed by Jason Gilkson, you will experience the passion and drama of the dance, as never before. Don’t rush out after the finale as the curtain call is a production unto itself. Enjoy!"

"... Burn the Floor is pure eye candy! It doesn’t matter what you’re into: guys, gals, chests, breasts, asses, or legs, they have your flavor. Indulge yourself in a sweet bag of treats with plenty of red hots."
