With its rigorous, usually unrhymed spoken songs buoyed by pulsating swirl of sounds, Not Another Day is classic Magnus. Her metaphors are extended; they become visual, visceral and tactile, and can trigger a deep, almost nonverbal emotional sensation. What makes Not Another Day unique is that usually Magnus is the thick of her crew-their equal despite their embodiment of her words. She remains offstage for this show. No matter: She is clearly still there, while others keep doing that voodoo she does so well."

"...The lack of imagination would be forgivable if the rest of the show wasn’t so heady. The abrupt, “non-ending” heralded by an ensemble member posing as another actress who’s rented the Prop Thtr space is quite clever and meta, but other plot devices overestimate the general worldliness and knowledge of the audience."

"...The entire video cast of Another Day did a superb job (Ian Belknap Jayita Bhattacharya, Kelly Ann Corcoran, Kelli Cousins, Ben Johnson, Shalaka Kulkarni, Pippen Mueller, Zoe Pike, and Maggie Vaughn). The more the cast begins to grow tired of reenacting the same scene, the more hysterical the show becomes. This production reminded me of the Carol Burnett show with a hint of Benny Hill. This was one of the funniest shows I've reviewed so far this year. If you are interested in a night of laughter and entertainment, I would highly recommend this production."
