EP Theater presents an evening of new original holiday works by three of Chicago's most exciting new playwrights, complimented by live holiday covers by some of Chicago's finest musical groups, at EP Theater, located in the Chicago Arts District of Pilsen at 1820 S. Halsted, Chicago, IL. The show will run Dec 7th - 21st on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm.

  • Shawn Pfautsch's The Birthday of the Unconquered Sun carries us back to high school to take part in a History Class's skit about the forming of Christmas as a holiday in ancient Rome.

  • Scott T. Barsotti's Holiday Parade is a comedic farse on how modern day people celebrate holidays in America and one host's love for ham.

  • Andrew Burden Swanson's An Eve At McTavish's is a stirring drama about an Irish pub owner who struggles to maintain his family ties on christmas eve.
