The stage is set from the start, featuring a woodland of clever design by Natsu Onada that artfully combines wooden chairs with branches, and versatile costumes by Mara Blumenfeld-a plethora of comfy Nordic plaids (heavy on the red and able to withstand circus antics). Add in some live folk music (provided of course by the multitalented circus ensemble members), and the story nearly tells itself."
