"... With its provocative title blazing above the Stage 773 entrance, Artistic Director Brian Posen may attract enough curiosity seekers to sell out Street Tempo Theatre’s debut production. Posen’s admirable mission is to showcase works that are either brand new or haven’t been produced recently in Chicago. This little musical revue undoubtedly shocked audiences when it first appeared Off-Broadway 40 years ago, but there may be a good reason why it hasn’t been seen much in the past 40 years."

"...the performers’ skill and spunk (no pun intended) and the show’s relentlessly pre-P.C. sensibility tend to wear down our resistance. Having never seen a show more gleefully intent on making me consider the joys of cunnilingus, I giggled in spite of myself. That this production’s actors reveal themselves as never-nudes, in contrast with the Off Broadway actors’ naked pride, does somewhat diminish the sexy message, but it’s an enjoyable hour of prodding the prudes among us."

"... many cast members were not too sexy. If the aim was to have representatives from all size and weight and body types- thisshow hit thetarget. As a revue, the singing was uneven and the dancing too crowded but my main objective was that the show was not raunchy enough. More skin, more faux-sex actsand loadsofnudity would have spiced up the show. During the ending numberscast members only stripped to their designer underwear when full nudity wouldhave brought the house down. I guess this was the GP rated production when an X rated show was expected. I’d advise making this revue a late night show with more sexual situations and nudity-after all it is a prono musical."

"... It would be easy to dismiss director Brian Posen’s hormone-charged jubilee as a jejune, sophomoric frat show. But his hot new troupe really seem to feel what they sing (and occasionally scream). Even more compelling is the fact that sexual repression wasn’t blown away by the 70s. Sure, there are no chestnuts roasting by Yule log here, nobody’s dreaming of a White Christmas, but then sex, like death, never takes a holiday. Anyway, this one-act aphrodisiac is more honest to what half an audience is thinking about cast members and content than all those shows who pretend they’re not."

"... This show has a theme, if no storyline- the theme is “human sexuality”. Never mind who with, just do it!. It is suggestive in many ways and not for all audiences. If you are not into free love, homosexuality and other sexual themes, this show is not for you. The music and lyrics, while catchy and sexual are not ones you will hum on the way out of the theater, but this energetic cast will make you glad you had the experience. Sure, this is not typical fare for your night at the theater, and perhaps this would be a very late night show for those who enjoy staying out late and for some this show might be a real “turn on”, making audience members rush to get home ( someone’s home)!"

"...Who knew voyeurism could be so amusing? Or that someone singing-dirty-to-me so titillating? Even though – *spoiler alert* – there is no frontal nudity from the waist down, there is still plenty to see in this skin-pick. But be warned this irreverent romp is not for the prudish. So, if your panties are in a bunch over this review, this is not the show for you."
