As directed by Daren Leonard for Circle Theatre, Edges is perky when characters feel ready to conquer the world, melancholy when they're sure they'll never ever ever find love, and oddly mannered--in a dated sort of way--throughout."

Leonard's four actors embrace the collegiate earnestness of the material, each finding a moment (or two or three) to dig in and make a strong impression in solo pieces. But the cast sounds so good in the fleeting moments in which they get to harmonize, you'll wish their characters didn't spend so much time moping alone."
