Chicago Reader - Somewhat Recommended

"...Yet the rest of the dialogue, an attempt at Gilmore Girls-ian quippery, feels hollow. Dalberg’s attempts to switch lanes end up feeling disjointed, and Cyrano’s many plot contrivances (taken directly from Rostand) get lost in the 71-minute run time. Dalberg gives his Cyrano a happy ending, which is a lovely fit for the tone. Even if it’s a little cloying at times, Theatre Above the Law’s Cyrano is nothing if not sweet."
