Synopsis
An unrelenting tale of misspent youth and glory days gone by, Sweet Bird of Youth focuses on Chance Wayne, self-professed from the wrong side of the tracks, and his last-ditch stand to regain the love of Heavenly Finley. Aided by a temperamental and drunk faded movie star, Chance faces off with Heavenly's father, "Boss" Thomas J. Finley, a corrupt and ruthless politician/evangelist, who doesn't like bastards or any one he considers less than around his sweet girl.
