CHICAGO KIDS COMPANY, a professional children's theater company now in our 34th season, is holding general auditions for our upcoming 2026-2027 season.

Chicago Kids Company enriches the lives of the young children of Chicago with our classic fairy tale productions. Our colorful shows introduce children ages 2 to 10 to the magic of live theater, and inspire children to laugh, create, and dream. All CKC shows are presented in several theaters in Chicago and the suburbs.

Performances are presented in several theaters including:
The Beverly Arts Center (111th and Western, Chicago)
The Stahl Family Theatre (Austin and Belmont, Chicago)
Theatre at the Center (Munster, Indiana)
Metropolis Performing Arts Center (Arlington Heights, Illinois)

Some of the shows in our upcoming season include The Tortoise and the Hare, Beauty and the Beast, Rapunzel, and Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

All positions are paid: Cast members receive a rehearsal stipend of $175, and a starting salary of $40 per performance.

We are seeking adult men and women (over age 18) who can act, dance, and sing. The directing team is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion in casting. All roles are open and available to actors of any gender, gender identity or presentation, age, race, ethnicity, ability/disability, religion, national origin, or sexual orientation.

Auditions will be held on Monday August 10th from 2-6pm at Chicago Kids Company (4124 N. Nashville Ave., Chicago, IL. 60634)

Callbacks will be invitation only and will be held at Chicago Kids Company on Monday August 17th from 1-4pm.
