Professional theatrical production company seeks a General Manager with no less than 3 years of business and production experience. Must be very familiar with all facets of managing a full theatrical production and managing the day-to-day operations of scheduling load-ins and load-out of venues, and familiar with stage, & lighting plots. GM will also be involved in the overall marketing strategy. Proficient in social media a real plus. Well-honed communication skills are required to keep Box Office, SM, ASM, PA, FOH, ushers, and resident venue personnel informed and on point so that each day's performance runs as flawlessly as possible, on time every time. GM will work closely with each venue contact to ensure load-in/load out call times and show times are strictly adhered to, properly staffed, and not run over budget. Time is money.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Salary ranges from $40K-$45K for part-time employment. The season runs 43 weeks 4.5-5 hours on select days. This is a position for a true take charge theatre professional who anticipates issues before they arise and has a patented solution. We seek someone who focuses on the solution and not the problem. Your attention to expenses and bottom line are paramount to the success of the company. The first raise comes at years end and is based on the completion of benchmarks set forth at hiring. This is a non-IATSE position. Hire date is April 24 with start day of April 27.
