Mary / Amaryllis (Lead): Late 20s to mid 30s. Mary is emotionally sensitive, awkward, and deeply introspective. Two years sober, she carries shame from her past and struggles to feel connected to others. She longs to disappear while simultaneously craving intimacy and recognition. This role requires strong emotional subtlety and interior work. Humor should be played sincerely, never for laughs. Physical storytelling is important.

First Agent (Supporting): Late 20s to mid 30s. Polished, efficient, and corporate. A high-performing sales professional who genuinely believes in the service she provides. Calm, confident, and lightly condescending without intending to be. Represents institutional detachment rather than villainy.

Second Agent (Supporting): Late 30s to mid 40s. Warm, nurturing, and emotionally present. Has a grounded, maternal energy. Kind and sincere, though still operating within the same corporate system. A layered role that balances empathy with professionalism.

First Man (Supporting): Transportation specialist. Polite, slightly awkward, and eager to get through his shift without complications. Naturalistic performance style.

Second Man (Supporting): Transportation specialist. Detached, dry, and casually irritated. Provides tonal contrast with subtle humor.
