Triple Two Film Productions is currently seeking two actors for an upcoming short film. This is a paid opportunity. Filming will take place March 21st, 2026.
Father Sean, an awkward Catholic priest in Bridgeport Chicago, is struggling to attract a younger crowd to his church and risks demotion to a church in the suburbs. Jade is an emotionally volatile, queer graffiti artist struggling to make money from her art. When Jade is sentenced to community service at Father Sean's church, the pair must put aside their differences to save their careers. Like "Hacks" but with a hot priest!
SEEKING:
Non-SAG actors for roles in "Buff Jesus", a short, proof of concept film.
FATHER SEAN, male identifying, 30s, conservative, religious, awkward, insanely good looking
JADE, female identifying, 20s, queer, fiercely independent, tough, brash, desperate to prove herself as an artist
There will be one rehearsal early to mid March. Date and time will be decided according to actors' and director's schedules.
Please prepare one comedic monologue no longer than 2 minutes. In your slate, include name, height, and where you're located. You can submit from any major city but note the filming will be in Chicago. Please remember to film horizontally.
