About The Lifespan of a Fact
A sharp, fast-paced comedy-drama about a driven fact-checker, a celebrated writer, and an editor caught between them. When a powerful essay doesn't line up with the truth, the three clash over facts, storytelling, and what responsibility art owes to reality. A witty, high-energy three-hander with great roles.
Auditions will be held at: The Barrington Theater- located at 540 W Northwest Hwy Barrington, IL 60010. It's 1.5 miles from the Barrington Metra Station.
Callbacks for all roles will be held on Wednesday 1/28 from 7-10 PM.
Actor Stipend: $400
First Read Through: Monday 3/2 6:30 - 9:30 PM
General Rehearsals:
March/April: Three weekday evening rehearsals TBD 6:30 - 9:30 PM
Tech Week: April 19 - April 23
Performances :April 24 - May 17. (4 weekends--12 performances) Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30PM, Sundays at 2PM

1. A one-to-two-minute contemporary monologue which matches the tone of The Lifespan of a Fact.
