Onward Productions is looking for actors/comedians/improvisers for their new sketch show, "Laugh Now, Therapy Later". Writing & musical background is a plus.

This production team has formally worked on "Onward and Off My Parent's Health Insurance", "Onward and Overwhelmed" and "Onward and Out of Your League" performing at both the Newport Theatre and Second City's Blackout Cabaret.

Auditions will consist of cold readings of sides and improvisation.

Auditions will take place on Sunday, November 2nd at the Annoyance Theatre from 7-9pm.

Actors will receive a cut of ticket sales from each performance.

Laugh Now, Therapy Later is a comedy show for anyone who knows that sometimes the only way through the chaos is to crack a joke first and deal with the feelings after.This isn't polite, tidy sketch comedy-it's raw, ridiculous, and a little too real. Our comics dive headfirst into the awkward, the painful, and the downright absurd parts of life, spinning them into punchlines that make you laugh so hard you forget you were supposed to be sad. It's comedy for the catastrophes, humor for the heartbreaks, and a reminder that even in the middle of a meltdown, there's always something worth laughing at. Come for the jokes.
