Auditions are coming to Village Theatre Guild on Sunday October 19 & Tuesday October 21 at 7 PM.

A sunny room on an upper floor is prime real estate in the Bristol Place Senior Living Facility, so when the cantankerous Abby if forced to share her quarters with new-arrival Marilyn, she has no choice but to get rid of the infuriatingly chipper woman by any means necessary. A seemingly harmless bet between the old women quickly escalates into a dangerous game of one-upmanship that reveals not just the tenacity of these worthy opponents, but also deeper truths that each would rather remain hidden.

This is an "Open Call" audition. No appointment is necessary. This is a non-equity, non-pay production. You only need to attend one of the audition dates. Callbacks, if necessary, will be held on Wednesday October 22 at 7 PM.

Village Theatre Guild is located at 2S720 Park Blvd. in Glen Ellyn.

Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. The production will run for 12 performances from January 17 until February 7, 2026.
