Our milestone 100th episode features an interview with director Gary Griffin, who discusses his current work directing The Goodbye Girl, now playing at the Drury Lane Oakbrook Theatre. Gary Griffin also talks in depth about his role in directing The Color Purple, both its 2005 Broadway debut and its recent run in Chicago. Griffin has received eight Joseph Jefferson Awards for directing and has twice been named a "Chicagoan of the Year in the Arts" by the Chicago Tribune.
