The Greatest Story Never Told

I.O.
1501 N Kingsbury St Chicago

The Greatest Story Never Told, brings families and strangers together to collaborate and create improvised stories on stage. The shows begins with a well meaning but underprepared narrator who opens a storybook and discovers it has no text and actors are nowhere to be found. The audience, along with "The Greatest Interns" (professional improvisers) help illicit suggestions and volunteer performers in order to assist in creating The Greatest Story Never Told - the children in the audience are actually invited onstage to help create the story with the performers! This original improvised story inspires illustrations from an artist and text from a writer and the performance is ultimately turned into a digital and physical book which the audience may purchase and keep forever.
