Tammy: A Coming of Age Story About a Girl Who is Part T-Rex at Cornservatory

Tammy Rex only wants one thing in the world—to be a normal eighth grade girl. But there's one problem: Tammy is a little different, and it's hard for the students of Thomas Midgley, Jr Memorial Middle School to accept the girl whose talons make for bloody square dancing and who can only eat raw flesh. But when the most popular girl in school suddenly reaches out with a super important 4-1-1, it seems that this part-T-rex tween might finally have a chance to win the acceptance of her shiny, happy, popular peers and even score a dance with the coolest boy in school. She can have everything she always wanted; she just has to turn her back on the only friend who likes her for the human she almost genetically is. Will Tammy get the guy and fit in just like a real, human girl? Or will the beast within destroy her last chance at sweet conformity?
