Brick Wall paints the story of two brothers married to two sisters, all living in the same downtown apartment building in contemporary Chicago. When mid-level manager, Jason Zachman, realizes he doesn't have the heart to lay off his employees, he decides to move into a stairwell and spend all his time drawing pictures he sees in the bricks. Has he lost his mind or is he a Zen master of ethical dreaming in a time when there is great stress on the larger American dream? Take a journey down the stairwell with Jason, his devoted wife Cora, his frustrated stockbroker brother Murray, and Murray's wife Sara, a government spokeswoman for economic optimism.
