Medieval Times is looking to cast the role of QUEEN'S ROYAL TRUMPETEER for our live action dinner show. The successful candidate will be required to dress in costume and play a trumpet in front of a large crowd. There will also be opportunities to play in various marketing events such as 4th of July and Thanksgiving Day parades (when those events can take place again). Before, during, and after shows you will assist members of the cast (The Queen, Lord Cedric, and Lord Marshal) as well as play fanfare to introduce various acts in the show.

HOW DO I QUALIFY TO BE a Trumpeter?
-Must be at least 18 years of age roficient in playing the trumpet (try-out will be required), and comfortable playing in front of hundreds of guests
-Must be able to read music and memorize notes
-Must be able to work around horses (will not be required to ride a horse)
-Must be able to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
-Must be able to work within a team environment in a fast-paced live show format.

This is a PART-TIME position, PAID HOURLY. Weekly hours can vary from 4 to 20 hours depending on candidate's availability and the show schedule. PAY RATE is Cook County minimum wage. $250 sign-on bonus after 60 days of employment!
