If 2020 for you was anything like it was for most singers and vocal ensembles, you are ready to make music. Our organization, the Michael Teolis Singers, is thrilled to be able to gather this fall for a new season, to sing and perform.
Each year at this time, we notify singers in the area of openings in our ensemble. I like to say that we perform good literature and we have fun. We present 2 major concerts in a season: in December, with a Holiday theme, and in Spring with varying themes. In 14 seasons, we have featured concerts of local composers, Black composers, women composers, and Broadway composers. We have presented a number of world and local premiers of works by major composers.
