Announcing auditions for Paradox Theatre Works' First Annual New Works Festival "COCKTAILS AND MONOLOGUES". This is a One Night Only show of monologues, cocktails and classical piano music presented at The Community House at 620 Lincoln Avenue in Winnetka, a short walk from the Metra North line.

Casting:
Seeking non-AEA actors of all backgrounds to perform selected New Works and World Premiere monologues from playwrights around the world. These monologues vary in voice and thus we strongly encourage performers of all ethnicities, ages, sizes, genders, orientations and abilities to submit. Callbacks, if necessary, will be the week of August 16th via Zoom. Selected sides will be given.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:
We are requiring all cast and crew to be fully vaccinated at least two weeks before tech. Masks are required for cast and crew at in-person rehearsals unless onstage. We plan to seat the house at a max of three-quarter capacity for safety and socially distance the tables. We are currently requesting, but not requiring, audience members to wear a mask in the house unless eating or drinking. We will update this policy as needed in accordance with Illinois State and Cook County Coronavirus rules and recommendations.
