The Theater Lab, a District 214 Community Education program, is proud to announce open auditions for Shakespeare's classic Romeo and Juliet. The Theater Lab encourages performers of all backgrounds and experience to audition. Friendly, collaborative-minded company. Auditions, rehearsals and performances will be held at Forest View Educational Center, located at 2121 S Goebbert Rd in Arlington Heights, IL.
Auditions are scheduled in half hour blocks from 7:30-10:30 pm on February 4th with call backs on February 6.
Please note the role of Juliet has already been cast but we are in search of a suitable understudy.
Seeking:
Actors, musicians, stage combatants
Rehearsals - February / March / April (nights & some weekends)
Shows - April 3 (7:30) April 4 (2:30 & 7:30) April 5 (2:30)
Auditions are group auditions with cold reading from the script.
