The Miracle Center provides a unique opportunity for Chicago teens. Unlike other educational/training programs where teen actors have to pay to participate, The Miracle Center partners with After School Matters and treats this as a professional opportunity. The teens who perform in Cinderella will receive a stipend rivaling many Chicago theatre companies. In order to audition, you must be a Chicago resident and attending high school in the fall. Program runs from October 1st to December 16th. Through working on a production, our actors can expect to develop performance skills in dance, voice, and acting building confidence and communication skills.
We are also actively seeking paid tech/design students, so please email with interest. Through working on a production, our tech and design team can expect to develop professional strategies for planning and communicating design concepts with access to industry standard media training, equipment, and technology that support a career in the arts and elsewhere.
Auditions will be held at The Miracle Center 2311 N Pulaski Rd. Chicago, IL 60639
