Play On! Playwriting Festival
Description:
Now celebrating its ninth year, Play On gives community college playwrights a chance to shine! Auditions are for these one-act plays written by students from Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
The directors are casting men and women of all ages and ethnicities.
Auditions will be held at Studio One Theatre, 1600 East Golf Road, Des Plaines, Il., 60016
Time Commitment:
Rehearsals are Monday - Thursday, depending on actors' conflicts. Performances are July 22, 23 & 24 at 7:30 pm.
Material To Prepare:
Prepared monologues and cold readings will be heard. If you have a prepared monologue, bring it along. If not, we will give you a scene to read.
